Shift Data Services Inc. (“SHIFT”) respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173 or the “Data Privacy Act of 2012” of the Republic of the Philippines. SHIFT shall collect, both manually and electronically, the basic contact information of its clients and customers, including their full name, address, email address, contact number, together with the products that they would like to purchase or service they want to avail.

The collection of such information used for documentation purposes, the inventory of products, providing services to you and for other reasonable purposes which are relate thereto, or for improvement and upgrade in its systems and business processes, including but not limited to: data analytics and automated processing.

SHIFT shall ensure that personal data under its custody are protected against accidental or unlawful use, access or destruction, alteration and disclosure including unlawful processing. SHIFT implements appropriate security measures in storing collected personal information, depending on the nature of the information. Information gathered shall not be retained for a period longer than five (5) years. After five (5) years, all hard and soft copies of personal information under the custody of SHIFT shall be disposed and destroyed through secured means.

All SHIFT employees, agents and representatives shall maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of all personal data that to their knowledge and possession, even after severance of employment or contractual relations.
